1.4. Payment, Pricing & Refunds
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR), inclusive of all applicable taxes.
  • Payments are accepted through secure gateways compliant with RBI guidelines.
  • Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations follow our separate [Return Policy] and are subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
1.5. Shipping & Delivery
  • We deliver pan-India to serviceable PIN codes.
  • Estimated delivery timelines may vary due to weather, location, or logistical challenges.
  • Risk of product loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.
  • International shipping is subject to import duties and local regulations.
1.6. Product Quality & Safety Standards

All Oye Bark products adhere to quality standards under relevant laws:

  • Food products meet FDA and FSSAI norms
  • Compliance with the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960
  • Manufacturing in facilities that meet safety benchmarks
1.7. Jack’s Promise – ₹1 for a Cause

With every purchase, ₹1 goes toward supporting street dog welfare initiatives. This is a core part of our mission. Updates on beneficiary organizations and donations will be shared periodically on our website.

1.8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by Indian law. Disputes shall be settled through arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with courts in Delhi holding exclusive jurisdiction.

1.9. Intellectual Property & User Content

All text, visuals, product names, and Jack’s story are protected under:

  • Copyright Act, 1957
  • TradeMarks Act, 1999

Any content you submit (such as reviews in “Pack Reviews”) becomes the property of Oye Bark, with worldwide rights to use, reproduce, or edit.

1.10. Data Protection & Privacy

We respect your privacy and do not store personal data such as emails or mobile numbers unless explicitly provided by you for a specific purpose (e.g., contests or newsletters). Data handling, when necessary, aligns with:

  • IT (Reasonable Security Practices) Rules, 2011
  • Proposed Personal Data Protection Bill

1.11. Limitation of Liability

OyeBark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, fraud, or death/personal injury caused by our products. Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to OyeBark in the 12 months preceding the claim.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if OyeBark has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

1.12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for service delays or disruptions due to events beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or logistic disruptions.

1.13. Termination & Consumer Rights

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, all downloaded materials must be deleted. Customers retain all rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including redressal, exchanges, and grievance support.

1.14. Legal Compliance

We operate in full compliance with the following Indian laws:
