Refund policy
Overview
At OyeBark, we stand behind the quality of our mountain-tested pet products. We offer replacement only within 7 days of delivery. We do not provide refunds but ensure your furry family member gets the best through our replacement guarantee.
If 7 days have passed since your delivery, we cannot offer replacement unless the product is defective due to manufacturing issues.
Replacement Eligibility
To be eligible for a replacement, your pet product must be:
- Unused by your dog/pet
- In the same condition you received it
- In original packaging with all labels intact
- Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation
Non-Replaceable Items
Several pet product categories are exempt from replacement due to hygiene and safety reasons:
- Opened pet food bags/pouches (unless defective/contaminated)
- Used pet treats or chews (partially consumed items)
- Opened health supplements or medications
- Used grooming products (shampoos, sprays if seal is broken)
- Customized/personalized pet accessories
- Gift cards and digital products
Special Circumstances for Pet Products
Defective/Contaminated Products: If your pet food, treats, or supplements are contaminated, spoiled, or cause health issues to your pet, we will replace immediately regardless of time frame. Your pet’s health is our priority.
Replacement Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned pet product, we will:
- Send email confirmation of receipt
- Inspect the product for eligibility
- Notify you of replacement approval/rejection
- Ship the replacement product within 2-3 business days
Exchanges for Different Products
We only replace with the same product. If you want a different flavor, size, or product type, please place a new order.
Gift Purchases
If the pet product was purchased as a gift:
- Gift recipient receives replacement product directly
- Original purchaser will be notified of the replacement
- Gift certificates are not issued for pet products
Shipping for Replacements
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend trackable shipping for expensive items like premium pet beds or electronic pet products.
**Replacement Shipping`: We cover shipping costs for sending replacement products to you.
Pet Food Safety: For heavy items like large pet food bags, contact us first – we may arrange pickup in certain areas.

Every replacement goes through our four-legged quality control team (Emma, Phibi, Simba, and Tiger) testing standards before shipping to ensure your pet receives only the best.
Emergency Pet Health Issues
If any OyeBark product causes immediate health issues to your pet:
- Stop using the product immediately
- Contact your veterinarian
- Email us immediately with vet documentation
- We will arrange immediate replacement and cover vet consultation costs if product defect is confirmed
